Kirk, the other founding member of No Bones About It, hails from a variety of locations in the Western United States, but has stayed put in the Puget Sound area since 1988. He has enjoyed the tutelage of many fine brass teachers, and occasionally remembers what they have said. In addition to performing in brass groups, operas and symphonies in the area, during the week days he may be found subverting the minds of Edmonds elementary children with music instruction, to varying degrees of success. In his "copious" spare time, he resides with his lively and energetic son, and an indeterminate number of fish. |
